With the registered capital of 178.3 million RMB, the wholly foreign-owned enterprise of Zhengzhou Chuandao Machinery Co., Ltd was established in 1999.

The company and its former have brought in foreign rotary drilling rigs since 1996 and spread the application of rotary drilling technology in China and it is one of the earliest domestic construction enterprises in the rotary drilling construction and owns the largest number of drilling rigs. With huge capital investment, the company entered the equipment manufacturing industry in 2005. Based on the accumulated practical construction experience of rotary drilling rig of many years, SH and CD series of rotary drilling rigs of the company are the only domestic products with multiple patent technologies, and they are developed and manufactured after our company makes serious research and comparison of the imported rotary drill rigs of various models. The company was honored H-H Enterprise (hi-tech enterprise and hi-tech product) by Henan Province Sci-tech Department in 2006. The company also passed the ISO9001:2000 Quality Control System certification in March of 2008, and acquired EU CE Product certification in April of 2008.
